Hey,
I obtained my B.Sc. and M.Sc. from The Department of Mathematics at Middle East Technical University in 2020 and 2022, respectively. My master’s thesis is Discretization of Laplace-Beltrami Operator, and my thesis advisor was Assoc. Prof. İbrahim Ünal. I am currently a first year doctoral student in the Institute of Informatics, Department of Medical Informatics. My research interests are topological data analysis, discrete differential geometry, and neuroscience. My current objective is to find new ways to apply TDA on brain signals.
